  • High viscosity, High solid content, On-line slurry making
    The high-speed dispersing module is with specially designed two layer rotor structure, which can effectively empty the slurry in the chamber and generate a strong vacuum, so as to realize on-line making slurry with high viscosity and high solid content. Currently, in the market, the on-line slurry making equipment from our counterpeers is only suitable for slurry with low and mid viscosity. In comparison, our MOFA Slurry Production equipment has obvious advantages.
  • For mass production, Higher Efficiency, Lower Energy Consumption
    Comparison between the MOFA Slurry Production System and Planetary Mixer Slurry Production System
    MODA-4000 Slurry Production System, batch capacity: 4000L, 1600L/h, Energy consumption: 125KWh/KL

    Conclusion: The unit Energy consumption of Double Planetary Mixer Slurry Making System is around 6 times of that of MOFA Slurry Production System. For mass production, the advantage of MOFA Slurry Production System Line becomes more obvious.

    TBased on same capacity 1600L/h, comparison of investment amount among the MOFA Slurry Production System, Double Planetary Power Dispersing Mixer and On-line Slurry Making System line from our counterpeers
    1. MOFA-4000 Slurry Making system, including the on-line dispersing and on-line homogenization, total cost will be around RMB3,500,000.00
    2. 1200L Double Planetary Power Dispersing Mixer (Total volume 2000L), 7-8 sets of equipment is required, total cost will be around RMB14,000,000.00
    3. On-line Slurry Making System from one of our counterpeers, including circulation type high-speed slurry making equipment, membrane type High Speed Disperser, total cost will be around RMB7,000,000.00
    Conclusion: MOFA Slurry Production System from SIEHE Smart, the required investment amount is only around 50% of that of on-line slurry making system from our counterpeers, 25% of that of Double Planetary Power Dispersing Mixer option. MOFA Slurry Production System is with obvious price advantages!

    2. Less space occupation: machine equipment of MOFA-4000 System only requires space of 3*4m, the whole system only about 20% of the required space of slurry making system with same capacity adopting Double Planetary Power Dispersing Mixer.
    3. Less operators: MOFA-4000 System only requires one operator, while it requires 7-8 operators for slurry making system with same capacity adopt Double Planetary Power Dispersing Mixer.
    4. Powerful function: The system is with dozens of sensors for on-line viscosity, mass flow, level, weight, temperature, pressure, position etc., to realize fully digital control and management.
    5. High automation: Equipped with a large-size HMI, one-key start and stop, whole process monitoring, nice and elegant appearance.
    6. High configuration: The components and materials for the system are all from domestic/world well known brands, such as ABB, SIEMENS, Schneider, Danfoss, SEW, E+H, VEGA, METTLER TOLEDO, SMC, etc. to ensure stable performance of the system.
